Method
Four steps, and one of them is the reason to trust it.
Most tools that grade a business run once, produce a number, and cannot tell you where the number came from. This one keeps the evidence, and every finding points back at it.
They asked for my card just to hold a table, and nobody could tell me what it was for.

A quote is printed verbatim or it is not printed. Under 12 characters it is dropped rather than tidied up, because a paraphrase you cannot check is an opinion with quotation marks around it. This one is Marisol’s, the invented business on the sample.
The method Four steps
We read what is public
Your website — the handful of pages a first-time customer would open: the menu or the services, the prices, the booking flow, the contact page. Your listing. Your reviews, wherever your trade is reviewed. Nothing behind a login, no form ever submitted, and robots.txt obeyed.
We store what we saw, not just what we concluded
Every crawl is kept as a dated snapshot with a content hash. A finding in a report from four months ago can still be traced to the exact page it came from — which is what makes it arguable, and therefore worth reading.
The findings are computed
Rules over the evidence, not a language model asked for an opinion. How often a theme is raised, on how many separate platforms, and whether recently — all arithmetic, all ours. A model writes the opening paragraph so the report reads like something a person wrote, and is given no ability to add a fact.
The next issue is about what changed
Each issue is compared with the one before it. Fixed things are marked fixed. New things are marked new. A fortnight where genuinely nothing moved says so in one line rather than padding.
The model is given the measurements and cannot add one. Everything counted, timed or quoted came from the evidence.
How often a thing is said is arithmetic · and the arithmetic is ours
What we do not do
We do not log in as you, connect to your booking system, or ask for access to anything. Everything in the report is something any customer could have seen — which is the point. If a problem is only visible from inside your business, your customers are not hitting it.
We do not sell the underlying data, and we do not use one customer's evidence to write another customer's report.
